Responsibilities- Perform day-to-day management of a group of multi-disciplinary system engineers
- Ensure that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement
- Manage performance development and appraisal, salary planning, manpower planning, career coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Contribute to the technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and provide radar system subject matter expertise in direct support of program efforts and proposal activities
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in empowering employees, leading and motivating teams, and fostering collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
