About Hale Kipa

Hale Kipa is dedicated to fostering environments that empower youth, their families, and communities to realize their potential and embrace social responsibility.

Our organization offers a variety of services including youth outreach, independent living programs, therapeutic foster care, and a safe haven for at-risk youth. Our founders identified the critical need for a nonprofit organization to support this vulnerable population, and we continue to fulfill that mission across O'ahu, Kaua'i, and the Island of Hawai'i.
