  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance strategies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent team-building and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of financial indicators relevant to mill operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Practical electrical expertise in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Codes, OSHA regulations, and PLC programming.
