Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end quality engineering framework that encompasses all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design robust testing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Architect and implement automated testing solutions for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in product quality and release readiness.
  • Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing efforts and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to quality engineering teams to foster skill development and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of testing processes and procedures to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality engineering practices into the CI/CD pipeline and promote a culture of quality ownership.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery model with global teams.
