Memphis Goodwill Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Center Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for accepting and sorting donations from the public, issuing receipts, and ensuring the secure storage of donations until they are picked up by our trucks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and assist donors with donations upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

2. Process donations according to established procedures, including sorting, categorizing, and storing items in a safe and organized manner.

3. Maintain a clean and organized donation center, including sweeping and tidying up the area, and ensuring all donations are properly stored and secured.

4. Assist with loading and unloading donations from our trucks, and ensure all donations are properly secured and transported.

5. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, and report any accidents or incidents to your supervisor.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

5. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
