LPN Medina

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Assess and plan patient care, implementing and evaluating interventions as needed.
• Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collect and analyze data to inform patient care decisions, documenting actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior LPN experience preferred.
