Job Description

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Duties include:

  • Repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems, and HVAC systems
  • Painting (interior and exterior) and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
