Miami Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Miami Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Marriott Miami Dadeland. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, welcome them with a smile, and provide a fond farewell.
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
- Anticipate guests' service needs by asking questions, watching/listening to their preferences, and acting on them whenever possible.
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting, using their name when possible.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance.
