About the Job:

The Clinical Lead PCLM will be responsible for leading and coordinating the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area. This includes ensuring quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources, and financial performance. The role also requires meeting productivity standards and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness.
  • Provides leadership and direction to staff.
  • Collaborates with other departments to achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
  • Prior RN experience in related field.
  • BLS/ACLS Certified in related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
Estimated Salary:

$130,000-$160,000 per year
