Neurological Care Team Lead

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's mission is to improve health in Ohio and across the world through innovation in research, education, and patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Neurological Care Team Lead to join our Neuro Intensive Care Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model. The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient's involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and providing care to patients and their families
- Directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team
- Assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the nursing care of patients
Requirements: A degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program is required. Current Ohio license or interim permit is necessary. Experience in relevant care settings is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
