A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sous chef or assistant kitchen manager in a high-volume kitchen with annual revenues exceeding $2 million, demonstrating proficiency in managing food and labor costs.


Compensation:
$55,000 - $58,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits that commence on the first of the month following your start date.

Our establishment operates with no late-night shifts, closing at 10:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Sundays. We are a non-franchise organization.
