Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks outlined in maintenance and repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership and/or Ford standards.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
- Provide estimates for additional automotive repairs based on labor and time assessments.
- Communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to service advisors and customers in an understandable manner.
- Engage in ongoing learning of new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to keep pace with evolving technology.
- Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings for necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with shop equipment such as wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and AC equipment.
- Ability to commute or relocate as necessary.
- Preferred experience in automotive repair: 1 year.
- Preferred experience in customer service: 1 year.
