- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications and ongoing training as required by state and Sunrise regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
