The analyst will be responsible for crafting intricate reports and presentations based on thorough data interpretation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Executive Briefings: Summarizes analysis findings and recommendations for executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  2. Problem Solving: Develops actionable solutions to identified issues and prepares deliverables tailored to client specifications.
  3. Information Evaluation: Gathers data from diverse sources, resolves discrepancies, and distills complex information into understandable insights.
  4. Documentation: Captures requirements based on design, conducts feasibility studies, and prepares functional process specifications.
  5. Data Analysis: Compiles, prepares, and scrutinizes data within the relevant business domain, presenting findings to clients in alignment with project objectives.
  6. Collaboration: Engages with both internal and external stakeholders to ascertain information needs and functional requirements.
  7. Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to changing priorities and manages multiple tasks concurrently, including support for ongoing operations.
  8. Mentorship: Acts as a mentor or resource for junior Reporting Analysts, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in reporting analysis or data management. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Skills: Strong research capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
