We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners.
Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience).
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maine.
- 1+ years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
