  • Developing and implementing CAD standards and training material in coordination with the design team
  • Making recommendations for software implementation
  • Creating BIM execution plans
  • Standardizing clash detection workflows for use by project team members
  • Standardizing model-based issue resolution workflows
  • Defining software interconnectivity procedures between different software both on-prem and in the cloud (BIM360)
  • Researching and developing new tools, procedures, products, and systems to improve the design workflow
  • Supporting model-based knowledge management goals
  • Meeting with CMAR and discussing software optimization and process and procedures
  • Implementing new design and collaboration software
  • Creating 3D models from Architect for interim use

This position requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
