We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual who enjoys outdoor work to take on the role of Installer Assistant Team Lead. If you take pride in completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard, this position may be a great fit for you.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour

Work Schedule:

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 80 lbs)
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
  • Background in construction and carpentry is necessary
  • Familiarity with frame carpentry and welding techniques is preferred
  • Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing is advantageous
  • Welding or carpentry certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities
  • Consistent productivity and focus on achieving superior results
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
