We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and develop plans to address any deficits or barriers to progress.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient progress and independence, and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and to address any concerns or questions.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.

- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
