Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


The registered nurse will direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. They will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. This position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.


Requirements


A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required. Additional unit-specific education and experience requirements are outlined in the Addendum for each unit.


Compensation and Benefits


This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance coverage, as well as a generous Earned Time Off program and 403(b) retirement plan.
