About the Role

We are seeking a passionate DUO host/ess who is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced work environment. This role reports to our DUO Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year food & beverage service or related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, or operations.
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Tuberculosis Clearance.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.98 and a casual schedule with varied days and times based on need.
