We are seeking a passionate and dedicated DUO host/ess to join our team. As a DUO host/ess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, coordinating guest reservations, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate guest reservations and respond to inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction

• High School education or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year food and beverage service or related work experience
• Working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, or operations
• Knowledge of computer equipment and reservations system
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English

The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
