Key Responsibilities- Manage site engineering and land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and project success.
- 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development, with a strong background in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- New Jersey PE License required.
