French & Parrello Associates is a reputable firm specializing in civil engineering and land development projects. We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Site Civil Project Manager.

Position Summary:
The Site Civil Project Manager will oversee various land development initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. This role requires extensive experience in site engineering and land development, along with a strong ability to manage client relationships and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Site Engineering and Land Development is essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Licensing: A valid New Jersey PE License is mandatory.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A proven track record as a Land Development Engineer with at least ten years of successful service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective project management and client interaction.
  • Experience as an expert witness in municipal Boards to facilitate project approvals.
  • A strong business acumen with a history of cross-selling multi-discipline services.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive business culture within the project team.
  • A keen awareness of Risk Management practices to minimize claims and disputes.
Business Development:
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for project extensions and new initiatives.
  • Seek leads within existing clients to promote additional services.
  • Engage in networking at trade shows to connect with prospective clients.
  • Continuously monitor competitors and report significant changes to management.
Proposal Management:
  • Assist in project evaluation and strategy development for RFQs.
  • Prepare proposals, including budget estimations, in collaboration with the Marketing Services Department.
  • Identify key client representatives involved in decision-making processes.
Operations:
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with all requirements before project initiation.
  • Establish project work plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project quality and staff productivity.
Project Administration:
  • Monitor job cost data and initiate billing in accordance with client needs.
  • Ensure timely collection of client receivables.
  • Maintain project files in line with company policies.
