Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to ensure continuous plant operations and production requirements.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components, and systems.
  • Automated Controls: Demonstrate knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and functional understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits, as well as Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMI, VFDs, and other automated controls.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repairs to all manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance activities on production, processing, and plant equipment and systems.
  • Operational Safety: Operate equipment and work safely, following all GMP guidelines, and keep work area clean.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings, train others, and fill in for other positions as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Education: High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associate degree preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Tools: Must have own hand tools to perform all job duties.
