Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tractors and power mowers to maintain grounds and landscaping
  • Perform routine maintenance on trucks, tractors, and other equipment
  • Assist in setting up rooms for various functions and events
  • Load and unload trucks and check shipments for accuracy
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Requires the use of simple writing, adding, subtracting, whole numbers, and the carrying out of instructions
  • Must possess Pennsylvania Certified Applicator License Category 6, 7, or 23
  • 6 to 9 months of effective experience
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and to wear a respirator as needed. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
