Nurse Educator Job Description
Workforce is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching and mentoring to join our team as a Clinical Instructor. About the Clinical Instructor Role
The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for conducting clinical sessions with students, including 12-hour shifts starting at 5:45 AM or 6:15 AM. They will also maintain a 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio, provide support and guidance to students in various patient care skills, and proctor exams and assessments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-year BSN, current RN license in good standing in New York, and current CPR Certification.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Instructor will be responsible for:
  • Conducting clinical sessions with students, including 12-hour shifts starting at 5:45 AM or 6:15 AM
  • Maintaining a 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio
  • Providing support and guidance to students in various patient care skills
  • Proctoring exams and assessments
