  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities
  • Storing or discarding excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assisting in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required
Requirements
  • Prior experience in batch and high-volume cooking preferred
