Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Proworks, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients to meet and exceed overall sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a hustle mindset.
Salary: $24-$28 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario, CA. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline to reach quota by speaking to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and determine prospect motivation offering solutions and support
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals
- Maintaining daily KPIs and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and productivity metrics
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cold calling and sourcing new business leads.
- Setting appointments, attending client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a sales or business development role
- Hustle and drive to hit, or even better, exceed goals
- Strong social skills and comfort in talking to new people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Book of business a plus
