This position transforms data into actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions. The role encompasses all aspects of gathering, interpreting, and reporting on the organization's critical performance metrics. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, scorecards, forecasting trends, monitoring outcomes, and preparing executive-level presentations to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. Collaborating with various enterprise teams, the analyst will identify analytical needs, conduct thorough analyses, present findings to leadership, and facilitate process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to gather source data regularly and as required. Design and generate analytical reports and forecasts utilizing Excel or other technologies. Create and publish metrics dashboards and executive presentations. Identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets.
  • Develop processes, tools, and templates to ensure efficient, accurate, and standardized data analyses and deliverables; leverage automation to maximize efficiency. Establish and implement data collection systems and strategies that enhance statistical accuracy and data quality.
  • Guarantee the consistency and accuracy of information and reporting by identifying discrepancies and fluctuations in core metrics/KPIs, facilitating necessary changes, addressing inquiries, and leading process and data enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure that all modifications to reporting, processes, and procedures are documented appropriately, maintaining consistency for the team. Verify that quality review processes are utilized correctly and that changes uphold data integrity.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and staff. Present complex subjects in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion timelines, and communicate progress.
  • Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and information requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or a closely related field.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, or Operations Research.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant, progressive experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in project management.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling substantial amounts of information.
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the capability to investigate root causes and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and querying capabilities.
  • Familiarity with end-user reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle Process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective participation in collaborative team environments.
