As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our licensed therapists to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to our clients. You will assist with patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with licensed therapists
  • Provide physical therapy services to clients, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist AssistantGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programExperience working in home health care or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
