About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Community Healthcare Psychiatric Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Community Healthcare Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult and pediatric patients with various mental health conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and crisis care to patients, including medication assessments and adjustments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 per year, complemented by an exceptional benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 403(b) savings plan, five weeks of paid time off, nine paid holidays, four days of CME, and loan repayment assistance through the National Health Service Corps.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Licensed as a psychiatric nurse practitioner (APRN).
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups.

Work Environment:

This position is located in a rural region of eastern Connecticut, covering a thirty-seven town area.
