Construction Project Manager

Lightspeed Construction Group is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts, ensuring safety and quality of work, and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction activities, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to ensure project continuity
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality of work
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction experience, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
