About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our team at Collabera. As an ARC Analyst team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our call routing strategies meet our client service level agreements.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that customers are connected to qualified agents quickly and accurately. To achieve this, you will need to analyze real-time and historical data to verify routing results and keep call system role changes and permission changes up to date.
