Bowling and Arcade Manager

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bowling and Arcade Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our arcade and bowling facilities, including performing preventative maintenance and repairs on arcade games, making orders to fill redemption walls, and working with game manufacturers and distributors.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on arcade games
• Make orders to fill redemption walls
• Work with game manufacturers and distributors
• Conduct biweekly inventories of redemption items
• Operate cashless technology card readers and back-office systems
• Perform card audits and manage high-level redemption transactions
• Ensure arcade tellers are filled with receipt paper and arcade cards
• Encode arcade cards for parties and events
• Solve error codes on the GS-X Pinsetter
• Weld together last-minute belts for Pinsetters
• Work closely with maintenance on cleaning lanes and performing pinsetter maintenance
• Repair issues with lane lighting and bowling seating
• Ensure that the bowling desk has shoe spray and proper cleaning supplies
• Ensure bowling equipment is bowl-worthy
• Work with bowling equipment distributors and lane manufacturers
• Perform updates to bowling servers and TVs
• Set bowling reservation schedule times
