Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time, exempt position that requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and a passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Implement curriculum and assessments that meet program standards and Head Start Performance Standards
  • Collaborate with families to promote social, emotional, and physical health in our community
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Associate Teachers and Classroom Support Staff
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a physical, TB test, background check, and drug screen
