Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Flowers Early Learning. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage curriculum, assessments, and child outcomes systems to ensure high-quality education and care for our students.
  • Collaborate with families to promote social, emotional, and physical health in our community.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Associate Teachers and Classroom Support Staff.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum: AA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Desired: BA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum: One year of related experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older, have a valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation.

  • Competitive salary range: AA $1,472.00 Bi-weekly, BA or Higher $1,675.20 Bi-weekly.
