Key Responsibilities- Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

- Education: Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.

- Experience: Minimum of two years working in a mental health facility.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Computer Skills: Good organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Driver's License: Current driver's license.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience within a behavioral health setting.
