Responsibilities of the Property Leasing Supervisor:
  • Engage with prospects, residents, and guests both in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, preparing and scheduling viewings.
  • Process applications, qualify potential residents, renew leases, and draft rental agreements.
  • Manage and report on daily and weekly marketing and leasing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Train and oversee leasing consultants, documenting performance metrics.
  • Inspect property conditions to ensure cleanliness and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain organized resident files and stay informed about vacancies and lease expirations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement creative strategies for pricing, leasing incentives, and advertising to enhance traffic and leases.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Preferred experience in related fields; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Leasing Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years; HUD/LIHTC experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with courteous interactions with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; solid mathematical abilities are highly valued.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional image.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, vendors, and residents.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and property management software.
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Background checks, credit checks, pre-employment drug screenings, and employment verification will be conducted.
