Lead Baker Opportunity:
Gana-A'Yoo, Limited - Antarctic Program invites applications for a Lead Baker position at McMurdo Station. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakers to produce high-quality breads and pastries. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the most remote and unique locations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bakers to produce a wide variety of baked goods
- Ensure all products meet high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment
- Assist with menu planning and development

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a lead baker in a commercial setting
- High-volume baking experience preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and develop new ones as needed
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation:
$729 - $829 per week
