As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessment, treatment, and consultation services to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients diagnosed with ASD, ensuring ongoing needs are met.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic and treatment evaluations, at all CFA locations.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Consult with early intervention agencies and regional school districts to provide coordinated care for clients.
  • Participate in training staff in specialty evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Ensure program compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as CFA policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Doctoral degree in clinical or school psychology from an accredited program.
  • Specialized post-doctoral training in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Training and experience in administering and scoring standardized measures (ADOS-2).
  • Familiarity with and ability to use other standardized measures such as SCQ, SRS-2, Ages & Stages, and BASC-3.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in neuropsychological assessment, including measures of language, learning/achievement memory, and executive function.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior techniques and ability to conduct a functional behavior assessment.
  • Experience working with Community Behavioral Health (CBH).
