Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking for a role that requires strong communication skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
You will also be required to respond promptly to management and client requests via email, phone calls, and other means of communication. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy
- Ensure shipments are properly labeled and documented
- Respond promptly to management and client requests
- Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide
- Assist with cross-functional trainings and provide coverage when short-staffed
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be able to work well in a team environment and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated hourly salary for this role is $17.20 - $25.49, based on industry standards and location.
