- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Maryland is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate for prescribing controlled substances.
- Commitment to ongoing Continuing Medical Education to maintain certification.
- Prior experience in Gastroenterology is preferred.
