Job Summary:
M/I Homes, a leading homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Title Processor to join their team. This role involves processing loan files for closing, meeting with buyers and sellers, and ensuring loan documents are signed by all parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews sales contracts and creates title files in SoftPro software, requesting title exams.
  • Reviews title insurance commitments and surveys, preparing deeds and seller affidavits.
  • Prepares Closing Disclosure/Settlement Statements using sales contracts and lender instructions.
  • Receives lender loan documents, checks for completeness, and meets with buyers and sellers for signatures.

Requirements:
  • High School graduate, college degree preferred, and 3-5 years experience in title insurance.
  • Licensed notary in the State of Ohio.
  • Strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
