About the PositionAs an ER/Trauma RN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to the healthcare facility's unit-specific job description.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Graduate of an RN program
- Previous work experience as an RN
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
- May require lifting to 80 pounds (using proper techniques)
- May require standing and walking for extended periods
- May have exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and/or blood-borne pathogens
