About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to serve as our Healthcare Operations Director, overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home and ensuring the highest level of care and quality for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive the long-term success of our Senior Services business line
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, with a thorough understanding of the healthcare environment
  • Manage healthcare reimbursement issues and their impact on our organization
  • Prepare capital budgets for our Senior Service Businesses, including the Extended Care Unit (ECU)
  • Collaborate with the ECU Director of Nursing to ensure staff competency and adequate staffing trends
  • Establish plans to recruit and retain qualified staff

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
  • A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrators license with the state of Montana
  • A minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience
  • A Master's Degree is preferred, as is long-term care experience
