Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) Specialist. This position is available at multiple levels:

  • Site Lead (Senior Level): Requires 5-8 years of TSCM experience.
  • Team Member (Mid-Level): Requires 3-5 years of TSCM experience.
  • Team Member (Junior Level): Requires 1-3 years of TSCM experience.
Operational Responsibilities:

The TSCM Specialist will be responsible for a range of operational duties, including but not limited to:

  • Physical Sweep: Conduct thorough inspections of office spaces to identify any unauthorized electronic devices.
  • RF Spectrum Analysis: Utilize specialized equipment to detect unauthorized RF transmissions.
  • Network Security Audit: Perform audits of network infrastructure to identify rogue devices.
  • Electronic Device Detection: Use advanced detection equipment to locate hidden electronic devices.
  • Physical Intrusion Testing: Assess the effectiveness of security measures and access controls.
  • Data Leakage Prevention: Recommend strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Employee Training and Awareness: Develop training programs to educate staff on surveillance risks.
Performance Measurement:

Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the detection program and prepare analytical reports for senior leadership.
