- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in fleet maintenance operations.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance managers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet maintenance operations are aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve fleet maintenance operations, including the development of new processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance operations, including experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in reducing costs and improving efficiency in fleet maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
