About the Role

Vernovis is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead and support Salesforce and Marketing Cloud activities that drive business growth and transformation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IT and business leaders to create alignment between business and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the impact of disruptive forces on our organization and identify opportunities for digital transformation and optimization.
  • Develop and implement a strategic Salesforce roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies and evaluate vendor offerings to determine the best fit for our business needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a scalable Salesforce ecosystem that meets the needs of our organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business or IT, with a focus on strategy formulation and translation, business analytics, and program management.
  • Proven experience with cloud deployment, technical and security architecture, virtualization, software design, and Agile development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Development and certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Administrator, and Marketing Cloud.
