Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design technical solutions based on business and functional requirements
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues found during testing or pre-production phases
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with data architects, other tech leads, and project managers to address technical and scheduling issues
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for estimating, development, and testing processes
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in application development, with experience in developing Web Applications with Java, JavaScript, HTML, JSPs, and MVC frameworks
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, including designing and developing Cloud Native applications, creating microservices applications using technologies such as REST, JSON, Spring Boot, and Java
  • Experience with relational databases, unstructured data, and persistence models, as well as DevOps toolsets for versioning, containers, and CI/CD concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Azure or AWS certifications, Test Driven Development, application migrations to the cloud, and CI/CD and DevOps concepts
  • Knowledge of identity technologies, such as OAuth, Azure AD, AWS IAM, OKTA, and Ping
