Key Responsibilities


• Lead teams in comprehensive site and civil project design, encompassing site layout, planning, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for various project types.

• Manage the design process for multiple concurrent projects.

• Assist in business development, marketing, and proposal initiatives.

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior and mid-level staff.


• Collaborate closely with clients and agency personnel, attending public and construction meetings as well as representing the company at relevant events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial and residential sectors.

• Virginia Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project assignments simultaneously.

• Proficient in client interaction, maintaining project budgets and timelines.

• Capability to provide technical guidance to design teams.

• Enthusiasm for teamwork.

• Strong computer proficiency, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
